Privacy Policy

Wanderhearts ("the App", by 1672772 Ontario Ltd.) is built to collect as

little about you as possible. This policy explains what we handle and why.

A live version must be hosted at wanderhearts.app/privacy and linked in the

App Store / Google Play listing before launch.

What we collect

• Step & activity data: The App reads your step count from Apple Health

(HealthKit) or Android Health Connect only with your permission. This

data is used on your device to run the game (earn currency, set companion

moods). **We do not sell your health data, use it for advertising, or share

it with third parties.** Apple/Google prohibit such use and so do we.

• Game progress: Your collection, currency, settings, and consent

timestamp are stored on your device and may be backed up to our servers

under a random, anonymous device identifier (no name, email, or account

required).

• Purchases: Handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play. We receive

confirmation of a purchase, not your payment card details.

• Diagnostics (if enabled): Crash and basic analytics events **[list

once wired — e.g. app opens, pulls, goal-hits] to improve the App. [If

you use a third-party SDK such as Sentry/analytics, name it and link its

policy.]**

• Ads (if shown): **[If you run ads (e.g. AdMob), disclose the SDK and

that it may collect a device advertising identifier; link its policy and

honor App Tracking Transparency.]**

What we do NOT do

• No selling of personal or health data.
• No requirement to create an account or give an email.
• No use of Health data for anything except running the game on your device.

HealthKit / Health Connect specifics

Per Apple and Google platform rules, health and fitness data obtained through

HealthKit/Health Connect is used solely to provide App features, is not used

for advertising or sold, and is not shared with third parties for their own

use.

Data retention & deletion

Your on-device data is removed when you delete the App or use "Reset all

progress" in Settings. To delete any server-side backup tied to your device,

contact wand3rh3arts@gmail.com [or use the in-app delete option once built].

Children

The App is not directed to children under [13 / the age set in Terms] and

we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/EEA, UK, California/CCPA), you may have

rights to access, correct, or delete your data and to opt out of certain

processing. Contact wand3rh3arts@gmail.com to exercise them. **[Have counsel

confirm which regimes apply and add required language.]**
